Return Policy
At Cozy Collective, we want you to love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes online orders don’t work out. We gladly accept returns of fully priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective items for store credit within 10 days from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
- All returns must be made within 10 days from the delivery date. Items sent after this period will NOT be eligible for store credit.
- Items must be returned in original condition, with tags attached, buttoned up, and folded appropriately. If these guidelines are not followed, a restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
- Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Items must not contain excessive human or animal hair and should be free of smoke odors. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be denied.
- Items returned with makeup marks or smears will not receive full credit, as we need to clean these items before reselling them at a discounted price.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 10-day period at cozycollectivenw@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Please securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
- All returns must be sent back with their packing slip.
Exclusions
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings, unless defective.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at cozycollectivenw@gmail.com within 3 days. Include a photo of the damage or defect in your email.
- We will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions based on the specific situation.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing. The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography and lighting, which do not qualify as defects.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card for Cozy Collective.
- The gift card will be for the full purchase amount of the returned item(s) and sent to the email associated with your original purchase.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for processing and delivery of the gift card.
Store Credit Only
- We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods.
- The gift card can only be used for purchases at our online store and is valid for 90 days from the issue date. It will expire if not used within that timeframe.
